St. Ignatius of Loyola
Feast Day: July 31
Saint Ignatius of Loyola was a Spanish knight whose life took a profound turn after a serious injury. Through a period of intense spiritual reflection, he experienced a powerful conversion and dedicated himself to God's service. He is known for founding the Society of Jesus, or the Jesuits, an order of priests and brothers devoted to spreading the Gospel and serving the Church. His Spiritual Exercises continue to guide countless souls in their journey of faith.
